1. Private Investor: A person or entity that subscribes to 2Crypto.io to access project evaluations. Depending on the subscription level, they have access to different levels of content and services.
2. Freemium Subscription: A free option offering basic access to the platform, including viewing scored projects without specific details, lists of legitimates and Venture Capitals, and alerts about new incoming projects.
3. Basium Subscription: A paid subscription offering additional benefits over Freemium, such as access to specific projects scored by the legitimates and real-time alerts on score changes.
4. Elitium Subscription: A higher subscription level offering full access to the scores of 5 legitimates, real-time alerts, and additional benefits such as automatic registration to Air Drops of partner projects.
5. Luxurium Subscription: The highest subscription level, offering all the benefits of the lower levels, plus the scoring of all legitimates, exclusive features such as priority scoring requests for projects, and boosts on Air Drops and stakings.
6. Builders: Experts or private investors who support projects by bringing their expertise and help. They must register and can apply for jobs offered by projects.
7. Legitimates: Experts selected for their ability to evaluate and score projects. They receive scoring tools and can influence the community with their analyses and recommendations.
8. Projects: Entities or startups that register on 2Crypto.io to benefit from scoring and other advantages like visibility among VCs and advice from legitimates.
9. Incubators: Organizations that support startups in their early stages, offering various services and can propose projects for scoring on the platform.
10. Venture Capital: Institutional investors who can register to discover and support high-potential projects presented on the platform.
3. Registration and Access to the Platform
A: Registration Conditions.
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Provide a full name, an email address, and a confirmed phone number.
– Provide payment information.
– Submit to an identity verification, which may involve providing a government-issued ID and, in some cases, a profile picture or selfie for photo matching.
– Agree with the Terms of Use: Users must read and accept the terms of use of the platform, which include information on privacy policies, user rights, and responsibilities.

– All reproduction of images from the site or scoring results, screenshots, or video recording of the 2crypto.io platform is strictly prohibited under penalty of legal action.
– Users must not use the services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
– Users commit to using the services of the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and not use them for illicit purposes.
– The services must not be used to disseminate defamatory, pornographic, offensive content, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
– All content related to scoring is the property of the platform or its licensors.

2Crypto.io reserves the right to moderate the content published and interactions on the platform to ensure compliance with these rules and the proper functioning of the services.

However, 2Crypto.io reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or violating these T&Cs or the intellectual property rights of third parties.
5. Copyright Infringement Notification:
If a user or a third party believes that content posted on 2Crypto.io infringes on their copyright, they are invited to notify 2Crypto.io in accordance with the established procedure for notifying claims of copyright infringement at legal@2crypto.io
6. Content Removal:
2Crypto.io commits to taking appropriate measures to remove any content violating copyright or intellectual property rights as soon as possible after being adequately notified at legal@2crypto.io

Competent Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: The present CGU are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which 2Crypto.io is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms of use that cannot be resolved by mediation or arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
International Law: For users residing outside the country of domicile of 2Crypto.io, international law and relevant treaties may also apply. 2Crypto.io will respect all applicable laws in resolving disputes.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
This section of the CGU includes various clauses that serve as a supplement to the terms and conditions already established and cover aspects that have not been previously addressed.
Termination of Agreement: If a user significantly breaches the terms of these CGU, 2Crypto.io reserves the right to terminate the user’s access to the platform with immediate effect. The user will be informed of the termination and its consequences.
Account Cancellation Conditions: Users may request the cancellation of their account on 2Crypto.io at any time. This request must be made through the platform’s official communication channels. 2Crypto.io will proceed with the account cancellation and deletion of the user’s personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and GDPR.
Changes to Services: 2Crypto.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content of the platform.
Non-Waiver: The fact that 2Crypto.io does not exercise or enforce a right or provision of these CGU does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These CGU and any policy or operating rule posted by 2Crypto.io on the platform constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and 2Crypto.io.
Severability: If any provision of these CGU is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the other provisions of these CGU will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment: Users may not assign or transfer these CGU, by operation of law or otherwise, without 2Crypto.io’s prior written consent. 2Crypto.io may assign or transfer these CGU without restriction.
Survival: Provisions which, by their nature, should survive the termination of the CGU will continue to be in force after such termination.
